Couchius can't find my TV

Make sure the TV is on and your iPhone is on the same Wi‑Fi (not a guest network). Check that Couchius is allowed in Settings › Privacy & Security › Local Network. You can also add the TV by its IP address from the TVs screen.

My Roku doesn't respond

On the Roku, open Settings › System › Advanced system settings › Control by mobile apps › Network access and choose Permissive. If it's set to Limited or Disabled, phone apps are blocked.

My LG didn't ask to allow Couchius

The prompt appears on the TV screen the first time you connect. Use the TV's own remote or its power button to choose Accept. If you dismissed it, connect again from the TVs screen.

My Sony didn't show a code

In the TV's Settings, look under Network & Internet for Remote device settings and turn on Control remotely, then connect again.

The power button doesn't turn the TV on

Turning a TV on over Wi‑Fi needs a setting on the TV: Fast TV start on Roku TVs, TV On with Mobile / Turn on via Wi‑Fi on LG, and Remote start on Sony. Turning it off always works.

Restore a purchase

Open the app, tap the chip at the top right, then Restore. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. Lifetime is shared with your Family Sharing group.
